Role summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a Band 5 Registered Nurse to join a dynamic Community Nursing Team in Leamington and Southam. The role involves providing high-standard, evidence-based care to housebound patients in their homes to prevent hospital admissions. We have an exciting opportunities for Band 5 Registered Nurses to join our dynamic, forward thinking Community Nursing Team. Full time 37.5 hours per week.

Our aim is to provide a high standard of evidence based care to housebound patients within their own homes and to avoid unnecessary hospital admissions.

The successful candidate will have a have a general knowledge of current best practice in Community Nursing but experience is not essential and newly qualified are welcome.

We will provide you with a structured induction and training period to ensure you have the opportunity to develop new skills and competence.

The Service operates seven days a week and flexible working is required.

The requirements are that you should hold a valid UK driving license and be willing to travel across both Leamington and Southam . A mileage allowance is available.
