Role summary
This is a permanent, full-time Project Manager role within the Capital Team at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital King's Lynn. The successful candidate will manage allocated capital projects, specifically supporting the delivery of the Trust's RAAC Programme, from inception to completion. Essential criteria
- Previous experience and knowledge of HTM's and HBN's
- Knowledge of Construction and Design Management Regulations and supporting documentation
- Knowledge of the Disability Discrimination Act 1995
- Knowledge of the NHS Procurement procedures for Consultants
- Working knowledge of Health and Safety policy and procedures
- Knowledge of Building Regulations and National Building Specification
- Knowledge of National Building and Engineering Contracts
- Professional knowledge acquired through degree or equivalent with specialist knowledge
- Holds a UK current, full driving licence
- Manage budgets and costs in relation to a large construction project
- Developing an Estates Strategy
- Education, Training and Knowledge
