Role summary
This role is for a Mental Health Nurse to join the Crisis Assessment and Intensive Support Team (CAIST) within the Suffolk Crisis Service. You will support children and young people in acute mental health distress by assessing referrals, delivering direct care, and managing a caseload. Essential criteria
- Registered Mental Health Nurse with the relevant professional registration
- Practice Supervisor / Practice Assessor training (in line with NMC Standards for Student Supervision and Assessment 2018)
- Experience of working within a multidisciplinary team
- Familiar with risk assessment and its management
- Able to demonstrate the ability to process, plan and delegate work

- Able to time manage and reflect on clinical practice

- Be able and willing to undertake further training / development specific to the role.

Job summary
