Role summary
This role involves being the initial point of contact for stakeholders accessing the service, including professionals, service users, and carers. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate records are maintained on electronic patient systems. The position is based within a busy community team in an open office setting, working as part of a multidisciplinary and wider administrative team. You will manage your workload, prioritising tasks and adapting to changing demands.
Essential criteria
- NVQ 3 qualification or relevant experience in administrative systems and office procedures
Desirable criteria
- Administration experience in a health/social care setting
- Good IT Skills - competent in Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work without direct supervision; Plan and prioritise own workload
- Diary management
- Evidence of working well in a team
- Empathy for individuals who have experienced mental health problems
- Ability to cope with behaviour which may be challenging at times
- Education and Qualification

Job summary
