Role summary

This is a full-time fixed-term opportunity for a Band 4 Clinical Pathway Navigator in the Haematology department at the Royal Free Hospital. The role involves coordinating all administrative functions for patients from GP referral to discharge, ensuring smooth patient journeys according to specific care pathway instructions. Job summary

An opportunity has arisen for a full time Navigator to join the Haematology department at the Royal Free Hospital.
