Are you a motivated and enthusiastic Physician Associate looking to develop your skills within a unique and rewarding specialist mental health setting? We are looking for a Band 7 Physician Associate to join our multidisciplinary team at Ardenleigh MSU CAMHS, supporting the delivery of high-quality mental and physical healthcare for young people requiring care in a secure inpatient environment. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside Consultant Psychiatrists, nursing colleagues, allied health professionals and wider partner agencies to provide holistic, safe and person-centred care. The role offers a varied and rewarding mix of clinical assessment, physical health review, MDT working, service development, clinical governance and opportunities to build experience in forensic and adolescent mental health. You will be supported to develop your skills in mental state examination, physical healthcare, risk awareness and collaborative treatment planning, while contributing to the ongoing development of an innovative and compassionate service.
