Job summary

\*Perform unsupervised work including activities that may be demanding and/or non-routine.

\*Responsible for testing, maintenance and fault finding on all building elements, plant and equipment including but not limited to:

oFire compartmentation.

oSecurity, access control, keys, and locks

oControlled drug storage units

oRoofing

oDoors and Hardware

oBuilding structure and partition walling

oFlooring and flooring finishes

oGlazing

oFixtures, fittings, and furniture

oTower Scaffolding

oWoodworking machinery

oConstruction site plant

oTransport vehicles.
