Role summary
This role is for a Band 4 Nursing Associate within the Community Nursing Team in Warrington. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality, person-centred care to patients in their homes, working alongside Registered Nurses and the wider multi-professional team. Responsibilities include providing a wide range of nursing care within the scope of practice, monitoring patient health, and escalating concerns. Essential criteria

- Successful attainment of the Level 5 Foundation Degree equivalent component
- Right to Work

- Male & Female catheterisation.
- Venepuncture and immunisation.
- Able to communicate sensitive information to patients, relatives and carers.
- Able to assess, plan, implement & evaluate packages of care.
- Able to develop effective interpersonal skills/relationships across the health & social care setting.
- Good verbal & written skills.
- Leg Ulcer management qualification.
- Supra pubic catheterisation.
