Role summary

This role is for a Band 4 Nursing Associate within the Community Nursing Team in Warrington. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality, person-centred care to patients in their homes, working alongside Registered Nurses and the wider multi-professional team.   • Able to develop effective interpersonal skills/relationships across the health & social care setting.
  • Good verbal & written skills.
  • Leg Ulcer management qualification.
