Our Medium Secure CAMHS Unit is seeking an exceptional Ward Manager for a 12 month fixed term position . This is an exciting opportunity to join a specialist 10-bed mixed-gender service, delivering high-quality, person-centred care to young people in a secure setting.
Main duties of the job
As Ward Manager, you will provide visible and inspiring leadership to a dedicated nursing team, creating a positive, inclusive and therapeutic environment for both patients and staff. You will play a key role in driving service improvement, maintaining high standards of care, and ensuring young people receive the best possible support on their recovery journey.
Working within a rewarding and dynamic setting, you will lead and develop the nursing workforce, champion innovation, and foster a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
