Role summary
This role involves assisting the Audiologist with clinical care, managing department business and information systems, and supporting clinical audit/research projects. - Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Mature professional attitude to patients, staff and members of the public.
- Ability to be self-motivated and work unsupervised and organise own workloads as well as team working.
- Ability to remain calm and focused on screening yet deal with competing demands for attention.
- Willingness to work to multi-sites.
- Tactfulness
- Have UK driving licence

Toassistthe Audiologist with any aspect of clinical care as requested by the Audiologist.
Toassistin managing the department's business and information systems.
To provide support to the Audiologist in any clinical audit/research projects.
To liaise with other agencies and professionals, whereappropriate.
Toparticipatein and contribute to the staff performance appraisal system.
To function within the philosophy of care as defined by the organisation and the department.
To provide care in a manner which is consistent with good customer relations.
