Role summary
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced children's nurse to join the Paediatric Unit as a Band 6 Charge Nurse. The role involves supporting the Ward Manager and Senior Sister in leading and managing the Children's Unit, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based clinical care. The successful applicant will contribute to staff development, patient admission/discharge coordination, and direct patient care. This permanent, part-time position requires rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
