Role summary

- Degree in nursing or equivalent

We currently have Senior Community Nurse vacancies in 2 of our Community Nursing Teams:-- Biddulph & Kidsgrove PCN team, based in Kidsgrove Health Centre- Hanley, Bucknall, Bentilee PCN team, based at Bentilee Neighbourhood Centre
Both positions are available of a full time, fixed term basis for 12 months.
Community nursing teams deliver holistic, complex care to housebound patients within their own home environments.
