Role summary
This is an opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join the Digital and Technology Services (DATS) Directorate. The role involves managing multiple digital projects through their full lifecycle, with a strong focus on change management and service modernisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering projects to high standards, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget, and contributing to improved patient care and efficiencies.
Essential criteria
- Be educated to degree level or equivalent level of qualification or experience e.g. IT, Business, Health or have substantial experience in a relevant post
- Have experience of managing a team, ideally management of project or service support teams
- Have experience of delivering change management technology
- Have experience of analysing and forecasting staff and budgets
- Have experience of inter-agency working involving multiple and diverse partners
- Have experience of supporting executive level Project Boards
- Be competent with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Have experience of managing multiple complex projects
- Have a good understanding of Trust policies and procedures
Desirable criteria
- Experience of managing projects in other organisations of similar size and complexity within or outside of the NHS
- Hold a current recognised project management qualification, preferably PRINCE2 Practitioner or equivalent experience in project management techniques

Job summary
An opportunity has arisen to join our successful Project Delivery team within the Digital and Technology Services [DATS] Directorate.
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager who will be depended upon to deliver the overall management and optimal delivery of multiple digital projects. They will be responsible for the full project life cycle with a significant focus on change management and service modernisation.
