Job summary

To provide Registered Nursing care to patients in their own homes, including Residential Care Homes, including Wound care, Catheter care, Post op care, End of Life care, Drain management, IV skills, Phlebotomy and much more.

Provide education to patients, their families and formal carers

Multi Disciplinary team working with Therapists and Social Care Colleagues, as well as Primary care.

Contributing to audits and safer staffing tools to help improve patient care
