Out of Hours Team Co-ordinator
A very exciting opportunity has arisen within the Out of Hours Primary Care Service. We are looking to recruit two experienced and motivated individuals to join the GMED service as Team Coordinators on a permanent, part-time basis (total of 0.6 WTE)
Hosted by Health & Social Care Moray on behalf of Aberdeenshire and Aberdeen City HSCPs, the Out of Hours Service provides urgent clinical care to the population of Grampian between the hours of 18:00 – 08:00 Monday to Friday, and over 24 hours at weekends and Public Holidays.
Our service is one of the most dynamic and fast-paced areas of the healthcare system, employing over 300 medical, clinical and support staff who work together to deliver high-quality care across the region.
The Team Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the safe and effective day-to-day operational management of the Out of Hours service.
