An exciting opportunity has arisen for Registered Nurses to join the Adult Complex Care Team within the Aberdeen Health and Social Care Partnership.

The Adult Complex Care Team is dedicated to delivering high‑quality, evidence‑based nursing care to young adults in their own homes following transition from paediatric services. Our service supports individuals with life‑limiting, complex physical health needs and learning disabilities.

We work collaboratively with parents, families, guardians, and a wide range of healthcare professionals to ensure that each person’s care needs are fully met. Our approach is centred on creating a supportive, inclusive, and holistic environment for both patients and their families.

This role requires nurses who can work autonomously, use sound clinical judgement, and escalate concerns appropriately. Excellent communication skills are essential due to the independent nature of the position.

Experience in ventilation and tracheostomy management is desirable, though not essent
