Role summary

This is a full-time Band 5 Crisis Clinician role within the Harrogate Crisis Resolution and Intensive Home Treatment Team. The post holder will provide crisis intervention as an alternative to admission, gatekeep admissions to acute wards, and support bed management. The team operates 24/7 with a 12-hour shift pattern and values a recovery-orientated approach. Job summary

Due to the progression of the current post holder we are pleased to advertise for a Band 5 Crisis Clinician within the Harrogate Crisis Resolution and Intensive Home Treatment Team.

The Harrogate Crisis Resolution and Intensive Home Treatment Team are seeking a full time band 5 clinician - open to registered nurses, occupational therapists and social workers with current relevant registration with the NMC, HCPC or SWE. The post holder will be part of a resilient, welcoming and professional team who work collaboratively with internal and external partners to meet the needs of those who are experiencing a crisis in their mental health needs.

This post is not open to Newly Registered Nurses, candidates must have their NMC registration in place and successfully completed the preceptorship programme in order to be considered.

This role may be eligible for sponsorship under the UK Visas & Immigration (UKVI) Skilled Worker route.
