Role summary

The Capital Project Delivery Lead will join the Estates Department at Milton Keynes University Hospital to manage and deliver a programme of capital improvement projects. The Estates Department has a vacancy for a Capital Project Delivery Lead to enable the Capital Projects team to successfully deliver a programme of improvements on the Milton Keynes University Hospital site. The Department serves a growing Acute Foundation Trust Hospital of around 450 beds and is committed to providing a quality service.

This is an opportunity for a suitably qualified, motivated individual to join our team. You will have excellent organisational and communication skills and ability to use your initiative. You should have healthcare planning experience and be able to lead clinical colleagues through the project process. Contact prior to application is welcomed, please see details below.

The Capital Projects Team undertake projects which refurbish and upgrade the environment, repurpose spaces for different clinical uses and undertake works to address backlog maintenance.
