Part-Time Post – 5 Hours (0.14 WTE)
We are offering a part-time position working 10 hours every 2 nd week as outlined below:
Every 2 nd week at MIU, Queen Margaret Hospital
Saturday: 8am – 1pm
Sunday: 8am – 1pm
These shifts attract enhanced pay rates in line with organisational policy.
We require a Clerical Officer to provide admin/clerical support within the Health Records Department at Victoria Hospital, Kirkcaldy.
It will be the job holder’s responsibility to work within Bed Bureau team, covering MIU at Queen Margaret Hospital. There may be the occasional need to provide support to the Bed Bureau team at Victoria Hospital which includes A&E reception.
Working in MIU and A&E, ther e is a need for the job holder to provide a front line service to patients arriving at each department and is vital for the provision of recording of patient attendance and admissions via Trakcare.
