community nursing service in Kingston. Working as part of a team you would be

delivering high quality nursing care to clients in their own homes.

We provide a preceptorship program to

support you in your role and ongoing training and development. Newly

qualified staff welcome.

You need to be a car driver with your

own vehicle. Flexibility is essential as you will be working a variety of

shifts including weekends.

If you can think on your feet and are

well organised, then this is the job for you.

This is a permanent post, can be full time or part time. The usual working hours are 08.30 til 16:30 and

will be Monday Friday. This role will

be required to work weekends 1 in 3 and

some late shifts from 11am til 7pm.

You will be mostly based at Hollyfield

House although you will also need to be able to travel to our other sites as

needed.
