Role summary
This is a 12-month fixed-term, part-time Telephonist role working 22.5 hours a week on a 4-week rota, including weekends and evenings. The successful candidate will operate the Trust Switchboard, act as the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and staff, and manage on-call rotas and emergency bleep systems. The role requires a conscientious, motivated team player with strong organisational and IT skills, committed to providing professional and efficient customer service in a fast-paced environment.

- \- Willingness to undertake training in the operation of the Trust's telecommunications and switchboard systems.
- \- Previous training in telecommunications or switchboard operations.
- \- Emergency call handling or customer service training.
- \- Knowledge of NHS systems and procedures.
