Role summary

Essential criteria

- Previous Experience
- Recent experience managing end to end recruitment processes
- Experience of using TRAC/application tracking systems
- Significant experience working within a talent acquisition or recruitment team (agency or in-house function)
- Experience of partnering with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements and to positively influence recruitment outcomes
- Evidence of previously recording and measuring recruitment success
- Experience of writing effective job ads
- Experience of using job boards and CV sifting to identity suitable candidates
- Experience of arranging and facilitating recruitment events (virtually and in-person)
- Knowledge, skills and abilities
- Knowledge of how to use social media for recruiting
- Able to identify suitable recruitment solutions to support specific hiring needs

Main duties of the job
What you'll be doing
- Proactively engaging with managers to determine recruitment needs and shaping solutions to meet these
- Re-writing job ads to attract the best talent and promote inclusivity in line with employment legislation and corporate guidelines
- Sourcing and screening candidates using a variety of techniques including recruitment campaigns and social media advertising
- Planning and organise recruitment events - both face-to-face and virtual
