Job summary

We are looking to expand our clinical team and recruit additional Health Care Support Workers to help deliver the care delivered at Elmleigh. We are looking for compassionate individuals with a genuine interest in mental health recovery. Previous experience is not required; however, applicants should have a good understanding of the clinical environment, mental illness and the role that they are applying for.

Elmleigh is a 33 bedded adult acute mental health hospital situated in Havant caring for people with a functional mental illness - such as depression, a personality disorder or schizophrenia. Elmleigh is made up of two wards, Sapphire Ward (Male Ward) and Ruby Ward (Female Ward). In addition to these acute wards, Elmleigh also holds a place of safety in our urgent care zone.

We also have a vacancies at Hollybank. Its a 15 bedded Adult Mental Health (AMH) Rehabilitation unit, dedicated to delivering compassionate, holistic care to individuals with enduring mental health conditions and complex needs. Operating 24 hours a day, our service is designed to support patients on their journey toward recovery and reintegration into the community.
