- Highly developed specialist knowledge in corporate fundraising, major donor fundraising, business development or high value relationship management supported by both theory and experience, developed through Master's level equivalent training and experience.
- Demonstrable track record of securing significant income or partnerships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, donors and partners.
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to identify and develop opportunities.
- High level of organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work independently and exercise initiative within defined procedures
- Experience working in a healthcare, charity or public sector environment.
- Experience developing cases for support or philanthropic propositions.
- Experience supporting senior leaders or trustees in donor engagement.
