Role summary
This role is for a Clinical Team Manager within the GMMH Psychological Therapies Division's Talking Therapies service in Bolton. The manager will assist with day-to-day leadership, provide line management supervision, and support the Operational Manager with service development. Key responsibilities include staff recruitment, training, retention, and chairing team meetings. The position is fixed-term within a well-established management team.

- Provide line management supervision to staff within the service.
- Deputise for/support the Operational Manager with service development and delivery.
- Be involved in the recruitment, training and retention of staff.
- Work closely with HR to support staff and implement HR policies.
- Chair Team Meetings and support ongoing team development.
Essential criteria
- Registered professional qualification
- experience working in a leadership role
- Demonstrates ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full understanding of the role of a manager in an TT Service
- Good knowledge of Safeguarding and Risk Management
Desirable criteria
- Post qualification certificate in a desirable subject
- Previous experience of managing a busy service including offering 1:1 LM
- Experience of change management
- Experience working within a TT Service
- Good understanding of TT KPIs

GMMH Psychological Therapies Division is a large Talking Therapies reporting service for people experiencing common mental health disorders. We consist of Psychological wellbeing practitioners, Cognitive Behavioural Therapists, Counsellors, Mental Health Practitioners and Psychologists
We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven and motivated individual to work as a Clinical Team Manager in our Talking Therapies service. We have a fixed term position available in our Bolton Talking Therapies Service.
