Join our collaborative SACT Outreach and Bloods Closer to Home team, supporting satellite sites across Greater Manchester and Cheshire. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to provide safe, effective, and person-centred care to patients in community settings, working alongside the Outreach team while also managing your own workload independently.You will work within multiple MDTs, developing strong communication skills and enhancing core clinical competencies, including phlebotomy and cannulation, through hands-on experience within blood rooms and Outreach facilities. As a key member of the team, you will support registered professionals, promote patient independence and wellbeing, and often be the reassuring face patients meet during their treatment journey.We are looking for someone who is compassionate, reliable, organised, and adaptable, with excellent communication skills and a commitment to learning and developing new clinical skills. The ability to respond confidently to changing service needs is essential.The role includes lone working and travel across Greater Manchester. Applicants must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle. Mileage expenses are reimbursed in line with Trust policy.
