Role summary
This role involves leading the development and management of the Trust's risk information management system, Ideagen Healthcare Guardian. The System Manager will ensure the system's configuration, optimisation, and ongoing development, driving full utilisation of its functionality across various modules. Essential criteria
- oEducated to degree level or equivalent in information / system management, or evidence of working towards degree-level or equivalent.

- oProven experience of effective collaboration with staff of different professional and managerial backgrounds in managing specific projects.
- oProven experience of working with a risk information management system such as InPhase, developing the system and supporting end users.

Job summary
We are seeking an experienced and driven System Manager to take a leading role in developing and managing the Trust's risk information management system - Ideagen Healthcare Guardian (formally InPhase).
This is a critical role at the centre of our quality governance framework. You will be the Trust's expert for its information risk management system. This will include ensuring that our technology, data, and processes work together to provide a clear, reliable, and actionable picture of organisational risk and safety.
Main duties of the job
In this role, you will:
- Support the Information System Lead for Ideagen (InPhase) in leading its configuration, optimisation, and ongoing development
- Drive full utilisation of system functionality across modules (e.g. incident reporting, risk registers, audits, policies)
- Ensure data quality, standardisation, and integrity , implementing validation rules and consistent taxonomy
- Lead system change control, upgrades, and development , working closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders
