Job summary

Key Responsibilities

Support the implementation, delivery, and evaluation of patient care within the multidisciplinary team.

Implement nurse and patient education

Conduct Audit work

Ensure effective communication and seamless care coordination across the cancer pathway.

Development of service

Maintain a safe, effective clinical environment that promotes high standards of patient care.

Act on own initiative within defined competency boundaries to achieve planned outcomes.

Practice in accordance with Trust policies, guidelines, professional standards, and statutory requirements.

Work flexibly across ward, clinical department, or community settings as required.

Comply with PPE requirements appropriate to the clinical setting, including prolonged use of face masks where necessary.
