The Regional Co-Ordination Centre provides operational and strategic oversight of health and care flows across the Northern Ireland Trusts and operates 7 days per week, 364 days per year (excluding Christmas Day), 0800 – 1800 Monday to Friday, 1000 – 1600 weekends and public holidays with the resource / capability to stand up operations in the event of significant service pressures or an enduring major incident.
