Key responsibilities
- Greet patients and visitors to the unit in a professional manner.
- Book and cancel follow up appointments including blood tests.

- Book and cancel patient transport and interpreters for future appointments.
- Work on a shared inbox and handle all paperwork associated with reception duties.
Essential criteria
- A-Levels or equivalent knowledge or experience
- Administrative experience

We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic administrator to join our Oncology Outpatient team to provide full administrative support including a reception service for our chemotherapy day unit. The post holder will be expected to organise and prioritise their own workload and to work closely with clinical colleagues in order to ensure the continuity of service for our patients at all times.
