Role summary
This role is for a motivated Crisis Practitioner to join the Doncaster Crisis Team within unplanned mental health services. The post involves triage assessment and intervention for service users in crisis, including telephone support, home visits, and A&E assessments. The successful candidate will be a Band 6 qualified practitioner, working within a strengths and recovery-based approach, and collaborating with partner organisations.
