This is an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic and motivated registered community staff nurses to work within the developing Hospital at home service within Renfrewshire/East Renfrewshire HSCPs. Candidates must be registered on NMC prior to applying for this post.
The hospital at home team will work across the Renfrewshire HSCP geographical area and the Levern Valley area of East Renfrewshire. The hospital at home model is aligned to the frailty pathway with the team working closely with front door teams at the RAH inclusive of ED, MAU, AMU and the Older Ad
