Role summary

Applications are welcomed from individuals who have experience supporting adults with a learning disability working within a Health or social care services, supporting the assessment/ treatment and or overall wellbeing needs of individuals with a Learning disability, complex health needs and behaviours that may challenge, from admission to discharge.

The service supports Adults with a Learning Disability presenting with a variety of complex physical and additional support needs, with behaviours that may challenge. This service has an assessment and treatment unit (Mayfield), bespoke purpose built unit (Tayview) and a forensic low secure regional unit (Daleview)
