Role summary

Essential criteria
- Registered Nurse; Mental Health or Learning Disability - RNMH/RNLD
- Masters degree or equivalent experience
- On-going registration with the NMC
- Understanding of Health and Safety policies and procedures
- Knowledge and practice of Mental Health Act 1983
- Knowledge and practice of the Mental Capacity Act 2005
- Post graduate experience at Clinical Leader level
- Supervision and management of staff
- Experience of assessing, planning, implementing and reviewing care needs
- Able to work as part of a multidisciplinary team

Our houses provide Individual Packages of Care (IPC), delivering intensive, person-centred support tailored to the unique needs of each individual in our care.
