Role summary

This is a clinical role for a Senior Staff Nurse/Nurse in Charge, responsible for providing quality patient care through clear clinical leadership. Essential criteria

  • Teaching Course, and experience of teaching and assessing

  • Skilled in risk assessment, prioritisation, and time management, able to work independently while recognising own limitations and seeking support appropriately
  • Strong leadership and motivational abilities, supporting and coordinating staff through change

Desirable criteria

  • Course and/or experience in Quality Improvement Project
  • Clinical Experience in Looking after private Patients
  • Experience in supporting complex discharge of patients
  • Experience in service improvement, policy change, and resource management, including stock control and supervision of staff
