Job summary
We have an exciting opportunity to recruit three Support Secretaries on a 12-month fixed term or secondment basis . We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated candidates who can provide a high-quality, efficient secretarial support service. Applicants should ideally have a broad range of secretarial and administrative skills and experience. The department is fast paced, and the successful candidate will need to demonstrate excellent teamwork skills and the ability to work effectively within team.
This role is part of a team of three Secretary vacancies , and the successful candidates will work closely with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the service. They must be able to work independently, prioritise tasks, and manage their own workload effectively.
