Role summary

This role supports the implementation of the NHS People Portal at The Christie NHS Foundation Trust, replacing the Electronic Staff Record (ESR). The successful candidate will coordinate planning and delivery, act as a subject matter expert, and provide guidance and troubleshooting. Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join The Christie NHS Foundation Trust as aImplementation Co-ordinator , playing a key role in one of the most significant workforce transformation programmes currently taking place across the NHS. The successful candidate will support the implementation of the NHS People Portal, the replacement for the current Electronic Staff Record (ESR), and improve the experience of staff and managers across the Trust.

Working within the Workforce Systems and Transformation Team, you will support the planning, coordination and delivery of all aspects of the Trust's implementation programme. You will work closely with the Implementation Lead, key stakeholders, managers and system users to ensure the successful deployment of the new system.
