Role summary
This role is for a Mental Health Practitioner to work in Primary Care as part of a General Practice team within the Connexus PCN in Bristol. You will facilitate early mental health access and support through face-to-face and telephone appointments, working alongside other professionals to provide a 'one team' approach. The role involves addressing issues like housing, debt, employment, and addictions alongside mental health problems, and contributing to shaping local service provision.
Essential criteria
- Professional qualification in mental health equivalent to Registered RMN, Registered Social worker or Registered Occupational Therapist. Current registration with a professional body and commitment to CPD.
Desirable criteria
- Relevant post-registration qualifications, such as Non-Medical Prescribing, CBT, AMHP, Brief Interventions.
