- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, , and SharePoint).

- Significant experience within digital learning / software program integration and management.

- Experience of participating in audit and research programmes and processes
- Additional Criteria
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (namely Premiere, After Effects).
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to support and resolve any needs on the use and adaptation of digital technologies.
- Advanced organisational and communication skills. Role will be required to present and run workshops.

- Able to write / produce accurate, clear written and verbal reports and presentations within the service.

Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a creative, tech-savvy individual to join University Hospitals Birmingham's Clinical Education team as a Digital Media Content Officer (TEL). This is a unique role on a daily basis you'll produce high-quality video, photography, graphic design, audio and VR content that directly enhances clinical teaching, learning and assessment across UHB.
We use a broad range of technology-enhanced learning, you'll partner with clinical, academic and governance teams to build engaging e-learning packages, support live-streamed and hybrid teaching, and help shape how staff learn and develop across one of the UK's largest NHS Trusts.
