Role summary

This part-time Forensic Administrator role at HMP Huntercombe involves providing direct administrative support to the multidisciplinary team for 22.5 hours per week. Job summary

We are looking for a part-timeForensic Administrator to join our team at HMP Huntercombe near Henley working 22.5 hours per week. You will work with senior members of the multidisciplinary team to provide direct administrative support. We are looking for an enthusiastic, flexible, empathetic and self-motivated individual to work within our team.

You'll need to have proven administrative experience with a good eye for detail, excellent communication, administrative and organisational skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, managing diaries and minute taking is essential. You'll be liaising with employees at all levels so you'll need to be comfortable handling contacts with compassion, patience and professionalism.

This role would suit someone who enjoys being busy with a variety of duties, working as part of a team, and using their own initiative. This is an important and rewarding role which helps us run an efficient service across the prison.

We will offer you a supportive team environment, with regular supervision meetings, opportunities for continued professional development and a friendly and sometimes challenging yet rewarding working environment.

**Working hours for this role are Wednesday, Thursday and Friday on-site at HMP Hu
