As a Band 5 Podiatrist, you will provide high-quality assessment, treatment, and management of foot health conditions across various settings including community clinics, hospital sites, and patients' homes. Key responsibilities
- Provide high-quality assessment, treatment and management of foot health conditions.
- Deliver care across a variety of settings, including community clinics, hospital sites, and patients' homes.
- Work with a diverse patient population to improve mobility and independence.
Essential criteria
- Evidence of Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
- HCPC registration
- Degree or equivalent in Podiatric Medicine
- Completion of post-graduate 'induction' training
- Full UK/EU driving licence
- Proven record of providing high quality podiatric care for high risk patients and using biomechanical skills to provide effective chair side and prescribed orthotics
- Clinical Governance and professional standards
- Health & Safety roles and responsibilities for clinical practice
Desirable criteria
- Diabetic Foot Module or willingness to successfully complete.
