Role summary
This Health Visitor role requires an independent, autonomous practitioner with in-depth knowledge of health visiting and GIRFEC principles. You will manage your own caseload, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating universal health visiting pathways and additional care programmes. The role involves collaborating with partner agencies to support whole family wellbeing and requires strong leadership and assessment skills.
