An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Nairn Integrated Health and Social Care Team. We are looking for a Band 5 Nurse to join our team for 34.5 hours per week on a Fixed Term basis for 6 months. This is a seven-day service, and we are looking for someone to cover three shifts per week (3 x 11.5) (subject to change).
This post is based in our 16 bedded ward providing care for a wide range of conditions including day cases. The ethos of the ward is to promote self-care, independence and timely discharge along with delivery of palliative and end of life care. The ward works closely with the wider Primary health and Social Care Team. We are seeking an individual who is a team player and enjoys working in a busy environment.
