Role summary
This role supports the Direct Marketing team at NHS Blood and Transplant, focusing on increasing blood donor numbers. You will use marketing automation systems to create and send email, SMS, and push message communications to donors. This is the complex challenge that our team face every single day, but its one that we are committed to tackling. Join us and you will be instrumental in helping us raise the number of UK donors.
Helping us maintain a bold and open dialogue with the public by gathering and transmitting session support activity information, you will ensure our communications are not only timely, but deeply engaging. You will be able to pursue a wealth of opportunities within the organisation; there really isnt a better place in which to learn and explore this fascinating field of communications.
You will be using our industry leading marketing automation systems to build, test, and send compelling email, SMS, and push message communications to new and existing donors.
This post is a fixed-term contract, due to end on 31 March 2027. The hours are generally Monday to Friday (often 08:00 to 16:00 or 09:00 to 17:00), but there will also be a shift rota covering other days of the week where required.
