Job summary

Staff Nurse - Ward D4 Band 5 37.5 hours Permanent If you would like to join our Acute Frailty Unit, we are looking for a Registered Nurse . We would love to hear from you, if you are at the beginning of your career, midway or looking for a change.

Working as a registered Nurse within our team you will have the opportunity to work with a range of supportive colleagues and the whole multidisciplinary team. Our innovative approaches to care based on our quality improvement programme means that medicine remains varied, no two days are the same which enable you to develop your leadership skills and respond to change.

T he Acute Frailty Unit accommodates 16 short stay beds both male and female patients.

You will be part of a friendly, supportive , and professional integrated team comprising of consultants, Nurses, Occupational therapists, Physiotherapist, co-ordinators, advanced clinical practitioners, social services and community services to offer the best care for our patients in this acute setting.
