We are looking for a Band 3 Administrator to join Inclusion Hampshire, providing comprehensive administrative support to our remote specialist teams. This is a varied and rewarding role that plays a vital part in ensuring our services run efficiently and effectively.
Key responsibilities include managing email inboxes, handling enquiries, responding to service users and partner agencies, processing referrals, maintaining accurate records, ordering supplies and equipment, supporting meetings, and undertaking a range of admin duties. You will liaise with service users, healthcare professionals, partner organisations and colleagues across the service.
The successful candidate will have previous admin experience, strong IT skills including Microsoft Office, excellent organisational abilities, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment.
