Don’t miss this opportunity to join the team at Hay Lodge Community Hospital. We are a nurse-led unit providing a 24hour inpatient service for adult patients. We offer rehabilitation, symptom management and end of life care for people in the local community.
We are seeking a compassionate, motivated and adaptable Registered Nurse who would like to be part of a friendly and supportive team with an ethos of continuous improvement. The post holder must be a confident decision maker, be able to work without direct supervision and skilled in supervising registered and/or unregistered staff, as well as student nurses.
You will be part of a multidisciplinary team and have responsibility for the assessment of needs and the delivery of high-quality person-centred care. You will also work with the other health professionals within the team, patients
