Essential criteria
- Degree in Diagnostic Radiography or equivalent and evidence of registration with professional body
- Willingness to undertake training as appropriate.

- Ability to put into practice new skills learnt
- Good Interpersonal skills
- Able to relate and communicate with staff of all levels and from different professions
- Good organisation and time management skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Problem solving: ability to adapt and respond positively to unexpected issues
- Evidence of good communication skills
- Good working knowledge of IRR19/IRMER 2019
- Willing to gain specialist knowledge appropriate for the role
Desirable criteria
- ILS
- Knowledge of appropriate general cardiac conditions and their management
- Demonstrate radiographic skills within the cardiac cath lab

- Relevant degree level studies
