Role summary
This role is for a motivated and highly organised individual to join the Quality and Patient Safety Team at Raigmore Hospital as a Coordinator. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and highly organised individual to join the Quality and Patient Safety Team based at Raigmore Hospital as a Quality and Patient Safety Coordinator.
This varied and rewarding role will provide high-level administrative and coordination support to the Division and offers the successful candidate an excellent opportunity to make a difference in a dynamic and busy healthcare environment.
The post holder will play an important role in supporting the Division, working closely with different directorates and Rural General Hospitals. You will coordinate meetings and prepare agendas, papers, reports and correspondence. Attention to detail is essential for note taking at meetings. Well-developed communication skills, along with the ability to maintain confidentiality, are prerequisites for this role. Applicants must also be highly proficient in Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
