Role summary

This role is for a Clinical Facilitator within the Practice Development Team, focusing on urgent emergency inpatient wards. Essential criteria

  • 1st Level Registration
  • Experience within an acute trust within a medicine setting
  • Completed or undertaking a first level degree in Nursing/ Health Studies
  • Teaching qualification - accredited mentorship module/SSSA qualification
  • Understanding of Quality Governance and its application
  • Working knowledge of Trust and National Nursing initiatives
  • Evidence of continuing professional development.

  • Evidence of previous teaching experience both informal and forma
  • Evidence of a high level of nursing practice - uses evidence based practice to support patient care delivery
  • Credible clinical role model who is committed to improving standards and patient care
